Three black characters
are the interwoven strands of this unique, stylized film. The action takes
place over Easter weekend and follows the complex stories of a former drug
dealer, a promising boxer who is also a closeted gay man, and a woman who
chooses an abortion, though it could end her current romance. It's all
held together by Rude, a pirate disc jockey who forces her way onto the
airwaves and acts as the film's voice of reason.
