In this magical adventure for children and adults set in a small town during the 1950s, 7-year-old Rafael is madly in love with Martha Cecilia. He wants to see her up close without being noticed by her and fantasizes that he is invisible. Holding a scapular of the Virgin of Carmen and following the instructions of a magic brochure he discovers that he indeed is invisible to people--but especially to Martha Cecilia.
