"Nightwatch" A college student takes
a part time job as the night watchman in a hospital morgue and lives to
regret the decision. Plagued by grisly visions, he begins to wonder if
what he sees might be real after all. When a series of brutal murders hits
the area, the traumatized student becomes the prime suspect. This is a
terrific, frightening thriller that deservedly won writer-director Ole
Bornedal international attention. He directed an English language remake
in 1998. Danish with English subtitles.
