This sublimely absurd road movie chronicles the world tour of the most mediocre polka band in Siberia. Nine musicians, one venal manager and a very determined village idiot leave the tundra for the United States in search of paying gigs. Watch for the cameo by Jim Jarmusch as a used-car dealer. If nothing else you will remember the Cowboys' unique style of dress and grooming. English and Finnish with English subtitles.
