In this, the third and perhaps best film of the Antoine Doinel series that began with The 400 Blows, Antoine is dishonorably discharged from the army, gets a job as a shoe clerk, and finally gets engaged after several awkward attempts at encounters with women. A wonderful, witty comedy.  91 minutes.
