Martin House Detail
Admirers of Frank Lloyd
Wright who were fortunate enough to visit The National Building Museum in
Washington, D.C. before August 20, 2000 viewed over 70 windows, doors and
skylights from the Darwin D. Martin House. Frank Lloyd Wright: Windows of
the Darwin D. Martin House was an exhibit organized by the Art Center at
Buffalo State College, and the Martin House Restoration Corporation. The
windows were displayed in a unique steel chamber in order to reproduce
Wright's innovative use of stained glass in architectural design. This
reproduction comes
with a metal plaque indicating certification by the Foundation and
includes Mr. Wright's signature.

Dana-Thomas House® (administered by the Illinois Historic Preservation
Agency), and the Frank Lloyd Wright Preservation Trust which operates the
Frank Lloyd Wright Home and Studio and the Robie House (both museum sites
of the National Trust for Historic Preservation). A portion of the
sales of these products supports the conservation and education programs
of the Foundation and cooperating institutions.
