Lee Evans plays Sean Veil, a deeply troubled man whose implication in a heinous murder leads him to obsessively videotape himself so he'll be able to provide an alibi if he's ever accused again. Crippled by neurosis and severe paranoia, Veil's world is again turned upside down when a portion of his vast video archive goes missing and new accusations begin to mount against him. John Simpson directs this taut and gritty psycho-thriller with a visual style that befits its feverish and claustrophobic subject matter.
