A naive teenager flees her Dutch hometown for the bright lights of Tokyo to pursue her dream of drawing manga-style comics in this coming-of-age story. As Angela (Chloe Winkel) sheds her innocent illusions about life, her comics begin to reflect her shifting sensibility as they morph into dark animes characterized by shadowy figures and nightmarish uncertainties. English and Dutch with English subtitles. 90 minutes.
