Set in the aftermath of the civil war in Bosnia, this shrewd political comedy tells of a small town that receives word that President Bill Clinton might be making an appearance. Thrown into a frenzy by the news, the town's citizens scurry to sweep vice and crime under the carpet and present the squeaky-clean front of a well-oiled democratic machine.
